Regional Wellbeing Masterclasses

Regional Wellbeing Masterclasses is a non-profit community venture that offers inspiring, innovative and high-quality professional development opportunities around the concept of ‘wellbeing’.
The Masterclasses brings renowned speakers and leaders in the field of Wellbeing to regional northern NSW. Based in Coffs Harbour, the Masterclasses enables professionals and interested community members throughout the region to access current thinking and research on wellbeing.
The Masterclasses also provides an opportunity for participants to share and exchange knowledge, skills, experiences, resources and tools with each other and to form partnerships and collaborations to further promote and enhance community wellbeing.
The central theme of the Masterclasses is around promoting community wellbeing with each event having a particular focus area.
The 2016 and 2017 masterclasses had a focus on the wellbeing of young people where experts in positive psychology and wellbeing shared their insights and explored strategies for nurturing wellbeing in young people.
